I Hate Social Media, Says Jennifer Aniston

I could be better. I Hate Social Media, Says Jennifer Aniston, who has more than 40 million followers on the photo-sharing website. The Friends star joined the site as part of a more significant marketing effort. Her business strategy ultimately failed, and as a result, she is “stuck with being on Instagram.”

The epidemic struck after that, but we didn’t launch. I was therefore constrained to using Instagram. Jennifer considers it a blessing that she was raised before social media. It isn’t a natural inclination.

The Star of Murder Mystery acknowledged that she was the “most reluctant person to ever” join Instagram. When she first did so in October 2019, she added that she only did so after “becoming bored” of hearing from others. She broke the previous record by gaining a million followers in less than five hours. She currently has 40.7 million fans.

She told Allure, “It’s hell for me. The reason I went on Instagram was to launch her haircare product. Then the pandemic hit, and we didn’t launch. So I was just stuck with being on Instagram. It doesn’t come naturally.”

“I’m really happy that we got to experience growing up, being a teenager, being in our 20s without this social media part,” says Jennifer Aniston. “Look, the internet, great meanings, right? Connect people socially, social networking. It goes back to how young girls feel about themselves, compare and despair.”

Despite this, Jennifer believes her struggles have made her more robust and mature.
