Vince Gilligan Wanted a GTA Style Breaking Bad Game

The success of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul may be attributed to Vince Gilligan. Breaking Bad could have been a part of Grand Theft Auto, according to the creator of the AMC series, and he still does not entirely rule this option out.

The creator of Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad discussed the prospect of Breaking Bad characters appearing in Grand Theft Auto. In his own words:

“I don’t play video games much, but how can you not be familiar with Grand Theft Auto? Who owns Grand Theft Auto? Can’t you have like a module, can there be like a Breaking Bad adaptation?” He asked the people who initially said ‘Yes’ to the idea of Breaking Bad.

However, the discussion ended after that day. He also said that he intended to create a virtual reality video game for the PlayStation system based on the series.

Gilligan wanted a version much more closely related to the one shown in Rockstar Games’ criminal series. Even though Breaking Bad: Criminal Elements, a 2019 mobile game, enabled players to join Walt and Jesse as partners.

Will it ever Happen? We can only hope🤞
