With the end of Better Call Saul , whose final season Part 2 will arrive on Netflix on July 11, Is as of now one of the best spin-offs ever made and related to one of the most loved series of all times, Breaking Bad.
However, the great success obtained from the first experiment and the large amount of characters from the interesting backstory present in the two stories, could lead the creators of the shows, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould , to consider creating new spin-offs.
Speaking with Deadline the two opened the door to this type of option:
I love these characters, I love this world, Maybe someday it will happen, but personally I’ll take a little break from that world and try something else, just to prove I can – says Gould
I think that’s my answer too. There are still stories to tell, but it’s not about feeling something in the world, it’s about feeling something for yourself. I want to work on new projects, but not to renounce the previous ones, but only to show myself that I can that I can do more – says Gilligan
