We all know Giancarlo Esposito because of his iconic role of Gus Fring in Breaking Bad (2008-2013), in which he plays the owner of the fast-food chain Los Pollos Hermanos , a legitimate business aimed at covering the largest traffic of meta- amphetamine in the southern United States. A memorable antagonist, which turoned out to be a huge turning point in his entire career, earning him, as well as world fame, the best supporting actor in a drama at the 2012 Critics Choice Television Awards , and a nomination for best supporting actor at the Emmy Awards of the same year. Finally, after various roles, he returned to play the role of the masterful villain, Gus Fring, in the prequel spin-off series, Better Call Saul .

Although he has lent the face to many characters, juggling between cinema and television since the 80s, his actor figure in recent years is mainly linked to the role of antagonist, coming to tread any type of media, from cartoons to video games. A diabolical and Machiavellian planner, ambitious, unpredictable and unstoppable.

Frank Dawson ( Okja)

In the Bong Joon-ho directed / Written, Okja, a 2017 film, Netflix original. Giancarlo Esposito plays a secondary antagonist, Frank Dawson ,  an aseptic collaborator of the Mirando Corporation and right-hand man of the Mirando twins, as well as a double agent spy for one of the two sisters within the company.
